The first time I tried this excellent soup was a few years ago, on one
of my trips back home to Poland. It was in a small restaurant located near Rogalin Palace, which is near the city of Poznan. The menu was full of authentic, delicious Polish dishes.
The recipe for this soup can use any variety of fresh garden tomatoes.
